ADULT FITNESS
Program Options: Bootcamp and Strength
Total body fitness classes designed to improve strength and mobility, increase endurance and lean muscle mass to help you stay active longer.
Each class is led by our Performance Coaches to make sure you reach your fitness goals, and provide the necessary guidance to keep you safe as you progress through our classes.
SPEED PROGRAM (AGES 13-18)
Program Options: Game Speed and Game Speed+
The Game Speed Programs enhance athletic abilities such as: speed, power, and strength. Our programs are led by Performance Coaches who will aid athletes in taking their game to the next level.
ATHLETIC FOUNDATIONS (AGES 10-14)
The Athletic Foundations program athletes establish basic athletic abilities emphasizing movement quality and lifting technique. Sessions are led by Performance Coaches who prioritize athlete safety and enjoyment of the workout.
YOUTH PROGRAM (AGES 7-11)
The Youth Program introduces movement quality and lifting technique in a fun and high energy environment. Sessions are led by Performance Coaches who encourage young athletes to stay active, while having fun through exercise and games.
GROUP TRAINING
Groups of 2 or more individuals training with one of our Performance Coaches. Programs are designed to accommodate the groups fitness/performance goals.
TEAM TRAINING
In-season or off-season training programs designed specifically for your team & sport. Every program is tailored to match the demands of the sport to improve performance and minimize injury risk.
HIGH SCHOOL PARTNERSHIPS
A Strength and Conditioning partnership with the OI Performance team that provides training services at your school. OI Performance will send our coaches to lead high school and middle school athletes through workouts that emphasize movement quality and performance enhancement.
BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS
Implement exercise & team building into your business. Our trainers offer group fitness classes of varying athletic ability & skill to your business.
