Athletic Foundations helps athletes build basic athletic abilities such as sprinting, cutting, and jumping with a large emphasis on movement quality and lifting technique. Sessions are led by Performance Coaches who prioritize athlete safety & enjoyment of the workout.
Program is designed to:
- Improve Linear and Lateral Speed
- Introduce Jump/Plyo Training
- Build Strength Through Quality Movement
