Athletic Foundations is tailored to the Middle School athlete to start developing athletic abilities such as sprinting speed, agility mechanics, and jump training. Athletes are challenged to learn quality movement and lifting technique.
Program includes:
- Speed & Agility Development
- Jump Mechanics
- Strength Training
Train up to 6 times a week. Register ANYTIME!

10:00 - 11:00 AM or 5:00 - 6:00 PM
SATURDAY
9:30 - 10:30 AM
Program designed for Elementary Age athletes to introduce basic movements patterns and body positioning, all in a fun and engaging environment.
Program includes:
- Speed & Agility Development
- Lifting Techniques
- Fun Competitions
Train up to 6 times a week. Registration ANYTIME.
