Program begins August 21st, 2023
Program designed to challenge athletes to increase speed, power, and confidence in every workout.
Program develops:
- Speed & Agility
- Vertical Jump
- Lateral Quickness
Train 2 times a week. Registration is open.
SCHEDULE:
Mon/Wed 4:30 - 5:30 PM or 6:00 - 7:00 PM
Tues/Thurs 5:00 - 6:00 PM or 6:00 - 7:00 PM

Program designed to develop athletic abilities emphasizing movement quality & lifting technique.
12-Week Program includes:
- Speed & Agility Development
- Vertical Jump Mechanics
- Power & Strength Training
Train 6 times a week. Registration is open.
SCHEDULE:
Mon - Fri 4:30 - 6:00 PM or 6:30 - 7:30 PM
Saturdays 9:30 - 10:30 AM

Program designed to introduce movement quality & lifting techniques in a fun & high energy environment.
12-Week Program includes:
- Speed & Agility Development
- Vertical Jump Mechanics
- Lifting Techniques
Train 6 times a week. Registration is open.
