Program designed to develop basic athletic abilities with a large emphasis on movement quality and lifting technique. Classes are led by Performance Coaches who prioritize athlete safety & enjoyment of the workout. 12-Week Program is designed to:
- Improve Linear and Lateral Speed
- Maximize Jump Performance
- Build Strength Through Quality Movement
Program goes from January 3rd through March 18th
and is offered to middle school-aged athletes. Registering more than one athlete? Ask about our discount!
