Adult Bootcamp

Total body training program for men and women of all ages and fitness levels.

60-minute group fitness class with a emphasis on cardio & strength training circuits.


Program can Include:
• Interval Training
• Circuit Training
• Strength + Resistance Training

MONDAY - FRIDAY

5:00am     9:00am     12:00pm     5:30pm

SATURDAY

8:30AM

Adult Strength

Traditional strength training for men and women of all ages and fitness levels.

60-minute group training classes with an emphasis on building lean muscle, improving overall strength, and enhancing movement quality. 


Program Includes:
• Traditional Lifts (Squat, Bench, Deadlift)
• Accessory Movements
• Core and Mobility 

Class Times

MONDAY - FRIDAY

6:00am     11:00am     6:00pm

I didn't know anything about lifting weights or full body circuit training before I joined OIP. But the coaches are so good at teaching you and everyone is so friendly and welcoming!
